Made from Merlot grapes from a controlled micro-region in Southern Bulgaria, this is a wine with an appealing aromatic bouquet – vanilla, oak and ripe fruit. Aged in oak barrels and then in the bottle, with a fully-developed velvety taste. To be consumed with game and strong cheeses.
