Our main winemaking objective is to maintain and further develop the centurial vine-growing and winemaking traditions of the region through our wide range of high-quality red wines. We create superb and exquisite Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines, typical for the terroir of Stambolovo region. We enrich our winemaking expertise by making excellent white wines from classical grape breeds, and we also make efforts to preserve precious indigenous varieties such as Tamianka and to produce charming and worthy wines from them.

The total vessel capacity of STAMBOLOVO WINERY is 4 million litres. For the past few years we have been able to process annually an average of 3 million kilograms of grapes from varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Tamianka, Mavrud, Pamid and Dimiat.
