Memory Merlot AOC Sakar

A top-class Collectors’ type of wine with outstanding individual tasting qualities. Finest Merlot grapes from a controlled micro-region in Southern Bulgaria were hand-picked into wooden crates and the top-quality only vinted after meticulous selection, and then aged in small oak barrels. The colour is delicate garnet-red colour with elegant hues of brick. Exquisite finesse in the nose – a blend of leather, oak, dried fruit and spices. Velvet-smooth on the palate, with an intriguing finish. To be consumed with red meats, pasta and French-type cheeses.
