Merlot AOC Stambolovo

Made from Merlot grapes from a controlled micro-region in Southern Bulgaria, this is a wine with superb aroma, combined with a well-developed bouquet. Aged in oak barrels and then in the bottle, it reveals exquisite qualities. May be kept aging in the bottle for long periods. To be consumed at room temperature with grilled or roasted red meats, delicacies and cheeses.
